To ensure the best healthcare experience for you and other patients, please follow these guidelines. These rules help maintain a safe, clean, and peaceful environment for everyone.

Infection Control
Wash your hands frequently and use sanitizers available throughout the hospital. Cover your mouth while coughing or sneezing. Report any signs of infection to staff immediately.
Patient Care
Take medications as prescribed by your doctor. Inform medical staff about any side effects. Attend follow-up appointments. Keep your appointment cards safe.
Behavior & Conduct
Treat hospital staff with respect. Follow hospital protocols and staff instructions. Maintain appropriate dress code. Do not create disturbances or use abusive language.

Guidelines
Maximum 2 visitors per patient at a time
Visiting hours: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM
ICU visiting: 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM
Children below 12 years not allowed in ICU
No outside food allowed (except as per doctor's advice)
Keep personal belongings to minimum
Do not disturb other patients
Report any concerns to nursing staff
Important Notes
Violating hospital rules may result in discharge
All hospital policies apply equally to all patients and visitors
Emergency protocols supersede visiting hour restrictions
Hospital reserves the right to deny entry
