Our hospital is organized into multiple floors with clearly designated areas for different departments and services. This guide will help you navigate through the hospital and locate the services you need, ensuring a smooth and efficient visit.
Key Areas
Basement - 1
The Basement floor houses several Outpatient Department (OPD) consultation rooms (OPD - 7, 8, 9, 10, 12), the Medicine Department, Dental Department, and Physiotherapy Department. This floor also includes the Conference Hall and the Finding Room.
Ground Floor
The Ground Floor is the main hub of the hospital, featuring Reception & Billing, the Emergency Department, and the Medical Store. Patient services include OPD - 1, 2, 3, the Laboratory Department, and X-Ray & Sonography Department. Administrative offices for the Trusty, Administration, and Account & H.R. Office are also located here. This floor is the primary point of entry.
First Floor
The First Floor is dedicated to surgical and maternal services, housing four Operation Theaters (1, 2, 3, 4) and the Labor Room. Patient accommodation includes the Gynec General Ward, Semi Special Rooms (1, 2, 3, 4), and Special Room (1).
Second Floor
The Second Floor is primarily for specialized critical and general patient care. It contains the N.I.C.U. (Neonatal Intensive Care Unit), Mother Side Bed area, and the Dialysis Department. Inpatient rooms include the General Ward (Medicine), Semi Special Rooms (1, 2, 3), and Special Rooms (1, 2). The Cashless Desk and I.T. Office are also situated here.
Third Floor
The Third Floor features the Eye Department and critical care units like the M.I.C.U. (Medical Intensive Care Unit) and P.I.C.U. (Pediatric Intensive Care Unit). It also hosts the General Ward (Surgery), Semi Special Rooms (1, 2, 3), and the M.R.D. (Medical Records Department).
Fourth Floor
The Fourth Floor contains essential support services, including the C.S.S.D. (Central Sterile Supply Department), Store Room, and the UPS Room.
